Privacy and email updates

What we collect. If you sign up for email updates we keep your email address, your name if you give it, the topics you chose, the date you confirmed, the wording you agreed to and the internet address you signed up from.

Why. Only to email you about the topics you chose: new planning applications near Kings Newton, events and news. We do not use it for anything else and we do not share it.

How emails are sent and kept. Emails are sent from the Association's Gmail account. Your details are kept in the website's database, which is hosted by Railway.

Your choices. Every email has an unsubscribe link and a link to change the topics you get. When you unsubscribe we stop emailing you. You can ask us to delete your details completely, ask what we hold about you, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
